Our promise to you: Nectare and Root will provide all services and florals in the contract, to the best of our ability. We take great pride in what we do and we work with you to ensure that you are happy with the final result.

Deposit: A deposit of 25% must be submitted with the contract to consider contract active. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total price of your order. Payments can be made by etransfer, credit card or debit.

A total of 50% of your bill must be paid 30 days prior to your event. If payment is not made your product will not be ordered and Nectare and Root may choose to close your contract. If it is determined that your contract is able to be fulfilled after this deadline an interest rate of 10% may be charged to cover costs incurred by Necatre and Root to fulfil the contract.

Balance in full must be received 24 hours prior to your event or product will not be released.

At the time of the initial deposit changes can still be made to the invoice. Large additions and subtractions are accepted until 31 days prior to your event.Any liability on Nectare and Root is limited to a full refund, with exception of deposit.

Additions made less than 30 days before your event must be paid within 24 hours. No guarantees are made that Nectare and Root will be able to provide the same flowers due to availability and cannot pre-determine pricing changes if flowers are available. All additions will be made to match the style , colour and integrity of the design.

Cancellations: Any cancellation made after 30 days prior are subject to forfeiting all monies paid to Necatre and Root. Any reimbursements made will be mine the deposit and all costs incurred by Nectare and Root.

Venue Location and limitations: Nectare and Root is limited by any venues rules, guidelines and restrictions. Any negotiations or moderations on guidelines with the venue are the responsibility of you the clients. Any items not used due to restrictions will not be refunded.

Substitutions: Nectare and Root reserves the right to make any substitutions should any product arrive of not suitable quality or colour variations. The integrity of the design will be paramount and all substations will be of equal or greater value. Nectare and Root will not use dyed product or paints unless otherwise specified, and will not be held liable for staining.

Nectare and Root reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time we feel that obligations CANNOT be met. In the event of tragedy, natural disaster or emergency Nectare and Root will credit the amount for another day minus any actual cost up onto the point Nectare and Root was informed.

Rentals: Any rented items must be returned to Nectare and Root within 72 hours, in the same condiotns it was received. Any items retired after 72hrs are subject to additional charges. Any items not returned, damaged, or broken will be charged the full replacement value to the client. If client determines someone else is responsible for damage , it shall be their responsabilty to pay Necatre and Root in full, and negation payments will third party themselves.

In the event that Necatre and Root is responsible for delays to your event, we accept a limited liability to a maximum of $3000.
